Role Requirements for a Sales Trainee * Generate new business sales leads by prospecting small to mid-sized businesses through direct outreach, cold calling, and strategic networking. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary AT&T business advisor and account manager. * Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments to identify communication, mobility, and technology gaps. * Present customized AT&T business solutions, including wireless, internet, cloud, and unified communications--to meet client objectives. * Manage the complete business sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. * Consistently exceed sales quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven telecom sales environment. * Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline progress to support transparency and forecasting. * Provide market feedback and competitive insights to sales leadership to enhance AT&T's business sales strategy.
