North Texas Health Insurance is growing! We have a few positions to fill at our office in North Fort Worth for full-time work. After 90 days, remote and hybrid work schedules will be considered for top performers. Responsibilities: - Sell insurance products to individuals using provided unlimited leads - Counsel and advise prospects about available portfolio of products - Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals - Meet or exceed company goals for volume of new business Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal skills - Highly effective communication skills in person and on the phone - Demonstrates persuasion and negotiation skills - Degree preferred - Organizational skills and effective time management - Ability to work autonomously - 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred This position requires that you attain and maintain a current state insurance license in life, health, and accident.
