Join Our Team as a Gift Shop Supervisor! Springhill Medical Center is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer- focused individual to oversee the daily operations of our hospital gift shop. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring comfort and joy to patients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth retail operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys creating a welcoming shopping experience in a healthcare setting. Shift: Fulltime, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm Pre-Employment

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required. Education/Experience

Requirements

:

• Validation of a High school diploma/GED required.
• Must have at least 3 years of Retail Experience, hospital experience would be a plus.
• Management experience required.
• Strong customer service experience is required.
• Must be proficient in retail operations such as inventory management and POS systems.
• Working knowledge of ARBA would be a plus.
