Duties * Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach * Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options * Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the company * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support * Assist with marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services * Ensure compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA standards for confidentiality and data security * Support benefits administration by explaining policy features, coverage options, and benefits to clients Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with strong negotiation skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus * Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products * Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies * Ability to work independently in outside sales environments as well as within a team setting * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships * Multilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse client populations * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is advantageous This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to excel in insurance sales while providing outstanding customer service.
