Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach
• Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the company
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA standards for confidentiality and data security
• Support benefits administration by explaining policy features, coverage options, and benefits to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently in outside sales environments as well as within a team setting
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Multilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse client populations
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is advantageous This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to excel in insurance sales while providing outstanding customer service. Pay: $49,833.00 - $78,640.00 per year
