We don't want "pretty good." We want top-tier closers -- the top 10% in the industry who know how to finalize high-ticket deals with consistency and confidence. If that's not you, do not apply. Requirements * 5+ years as a back-end closer in Car Sales, Seminars, Timeshare, Vacation Ownership, or any high-ticket closing environment. * Proven ability to close backend and finance-driven deals at volume. * Professionalism, high energy, and the ability to perform every single day. Compensation * Expected income: $150,000+ for qualified top performers. * Location override included -- giving you a dependable, base-style income stream on top of your personal commissions. * Major growth opportunities for those who dominate. Schedule * Tuesday: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Wednesday: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Thursday: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Friday: 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM * Sunday & Monday: OFF If you're not a top 10% closer, this role isn 't for you.
