Job Title: Container Sales Representative, Southern California Reports to: Container Sales Director Benefits & Perks of being a Pacific Mobile Employee: * 7.5 Paid Holidays plus 2 additional Floating Holidays * 80 hours PTO (Paid Time Off) effective on hire date * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage options * 8 hours of Volunteer Time per year * 401(K) Retirement Benefits with Company Match * Exercise Subsidy Plan, equal to $25 per month * Quarterly Wellness Incentives * Safety and Values Recognition Programs * Years of Service Recognition * Employee Development & Training * Drug-Free, Safety-Focused Environment Pay Range: $60k - $70k OTE Job Description: * Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. * Responsible for Container Leases for all customers, with the exception of key accounts and rental package add-ons. * Responsible for Container Sales for all customers, with the exception of key accounts and sales proposal add-ons. * Conduct prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc. Respond to all incoming leads daily. * Complete quotations through the lead qualification sheet, as needed. * Provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow up communication, and being knowledgeable about our product. * Follow up with customers/opportunities to minimize the risk of losing business. * Active participation in Bi-Weekly Sales Meeting. * Collaborate with the Sales Team to create sales strategy and continually strive to improve methods and share innovative ideas. * Assist Sales and Marketing Director with misc. tasks. * Attend Weekly L10's for each branch to obtain their current delivery schedule and StayConnected on processes. * Understand and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures. * Other duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications: * Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. * Attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-up skills * Excellent communications skills; both verbally and written. * 1+ years of sales experience, B2B sales, consultative selling and solution selling experiences are pluses * Previous successful phone selling skills preferred * High School degree required; Bachelors degree preferred * General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus. Physical Requirements: * Use office equipment/computers; this may require sitting for long periods at a time. * May occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
