Most Important Topic First.. How you get paid:

• This will be a 100% commission role, with
• UNCAPPED
• earning potential.
• We will give you the tools, the guidelines, the ideas, and hundreds of leads. If you implement, you will make money. If you don't, you won't make money.
• The process is simple. You will be given a unique code to use to go sell. Every two weeks we run a report that shows how much revenue was executed under your code. You will get 15% of that revenue.. Simple. No catches, no limits..
• You won't receive your first paycheck until you read the two books mentioned in the qualifications section AND have available commission to receive. That first check will have a $200 bonus to pay for your time to read the books, plus whatever commission you are owed.
• Occasionally you will be asked to work sales booths/trade shows, customer relations events, etc. These types of events will be paid hourly, or a specific and fair commission schedule that makes sense for that event.
• This is currently the ONLY commissioned sales position in our company. So all the opportunity is YOURS. You will work under the guidance of a seasoned sales professional that has ownership in the company. He will guide and coach, but he won't do it for you. Follow what he says, and you will have the potential to make a 6-figure salary. If you are lazy, not outgoing, and not willing to submit to the process and skills it takes to sell, then you will not make any money.

This role is vital to our mission of providing outstanding service while driving growth and enhancing brand recognition. This can be a part time role, or a full time role. Its up to you. Since the pay is commission, if you sell, you get paid. If you don't sell, you don't get paid. Commissions WON'T be capped, so you have unlimited earning potential. As long as you are selling, we don't care how many hours you work, when you work, or if you have another job.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and direct sales efforts to generate leads and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Work booths / trade shows / customer relations events as needed.
