We are seeking a self-driven, hands-on Sales Manager who can take ownership of every facet of this role-- from finance to marketing and sales leadership. Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly goals, fostering a customer-first environment built on trust and positivity. * Finance & Deal Structuring: Manage all aspects of vehicle financing, including securing loans, negotiating rates, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulations. * Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across multiple platforms (digital, social media, and traditional) to drive traffic and improve sales. * Inventory Management: Oversee the selection, pricing, and marketing of vehicles, leveraging our access to quality wholesale inventory. * Customer Experience: Build and maintain relationships with customers to create repeat business, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive buying experience. * Operations: Assist with all operational tasks, from vehicle acquisition to lot organization, taking ownership of any issue--big or small. * Continual Improvement: Constantly seek ways to improve processes, sales tactics, and overall business performance, in line with our core value of continual improvement. Requirements: * Proven experience in car sales management, with an understanding of finance and marketing. * Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on transparency and customer satisfaction. * Ability to manage all aspects of a small dealership, from inventory and sales to finance and operations. * Marketing experience, with a solid grasp of both traditional and digital strategies. * Driven, proactive, and positive-minded, thriving in an environment where you take ownership of results.
