Role responsibilities * Work directly with employers to help solve benets challenges with our plans and services. * Generate sales with company provided leads, personal networking, referrals and cold calls. * Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environment. * Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders. * Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions. Qualications * Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills. * Entrepreneurial mind set and positive "can do" attitude. * Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not currently licensed. * Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship. * Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
