Someone who loves meeting people, telling our story, and building strong community connections with a purpose. The Role -- What You'll Do This role is all about relationships. It blends field marketing with sales, and puts you at the center of community engagement. You'll be the face of Fortitude Roofing at local events, helping people understand who we are and why we're different. It's a high-visibility position with a direct impact on our growth -- and you'll have real influence on how our brand shows up across the region. Your success will be measured by the relationships you build and the opportunities you create. Responsibilities * Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, business networking events, and community gatherings across Southeastern NC. * Build meaningful relationships with business owners, property managers, real estate pros, insurance agents, and community leaders. * Share Fortitude's story -- our commitment to integrity, quality, and craftsmanship -- in a confident, authentic way. * Capture and qualify leads, track them in our CRM, and coordinate seamlessly with the sales team. * Develop creative, repeatable field marketing strategies: presentations, event materials, outreach ideas, etc. * Provide weekly updates on events, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts. What Success Looks Like * Steady, high-quality lead generation. * A strong and growing network of trusted community partners. * Consistent presence and follow-up at local business and community events. * Fortitude Roofing becoming a recognizable, respected name everywhere you go. Who You Are * Outgoing, confident, and genuine -- people naturally enjoy talking to you. * Self-driven and organized, especially when it comes to follow-up. * Comfortable speaking to small groups and representing a reputable local brand. * Professional in how you present yourself, communicate, and manage your time. * Grounded in integrity -- you do the right thing, even when no one's watching. * No roofing experience needed.
