Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Center Manager to lead our efforts in expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals. * Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients. * Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. * Lead sales initiatives by leveraging CRM software such as Dealersocket to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. * Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to achieve business objectives. * Prepare reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics for executive review. Skills * Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets. * Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Dealersocket. * Customer relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients. * Knowledge of marketing principles and tactics to support outreach efforts.
