Pink Gladiators LLC is currently hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives in the Kansas City area for one of our expanding client teams. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to launch a career in sales, client relations, and business development. No prior experience is required-- comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through scheduled appointments and consultations
• Present solutions tailored to individual client needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage accounts and follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Track activity and client interactions using CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to improve sales and client retention strategies

Qualifications
