We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generator to represent our trusted HVAC and Water Installation Services inside one of our premier retail partner locations. As the first point of contact, you'll engage with shoppers to spark interest and schedule appointments for our expert service teams. What You 'll Do: * Greet and engage customers in-store to discuss heating, cooling, and water system solutions. * Identify customer needs and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments. * Maintain an inviting, professional presence at your retail display. * Track leads and communicate effectively with the sales and installation teams. What We 're Looking For: * Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable talking to anyone. * Motivated to meet and exceed daily or weekly appointment goals. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Retail or customer service experience preferred--but we'll train the right person!
