Solar Dealership Partner (Profit-Share Opportunity) We 're offering a profit-share partnership to lead a fully approved *_solar dealership_.* If you're a solar sales team leader who wants to run solar operations immediately, this role lets you plug into our ready backend. We provide EPC partnerships, financing options, and tools so an experienced team leader can scale fast. About the Opportunity We've just launched and are ready to run deals now. This is ideal for a leader with setters/closers who understands proposals, EPC coordination, and compliance. What You'll Do * Operate and grow the dealership as your own * Recruit, train, and manage a solar sales team * Oversee proposals, pipeline, and EPC partnership workflows * Drive weekly volume, QA, and customer satisfaction What We Provide * Approved dealership + EPC partnerships + financing * Proposal software and CRM access * Branding/marketing support * Profit-share tied directly to team performance What We're Looking For * Proven solar leadership (team lead, regional, or dealership operator) * Existing team (preferred) or ability to recruit quickly * Strong solar operations knowledge (lead -> PTO) * Entrepreneurial, ethical, and self-managed Compensation * Profit-share / commission-based partnership * No earnings cap; equity/co-ownership potential for top performers Location California base; remote teams in approved states welcome How to Apply Include: (1) team size/roles, (2) average monthly installs, (3) start date, (4) brief solar background.
