Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our staffing team. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, promoting staffing solutions, and driving revenue growth by matching client workforce needs with qualified candidates. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and follow-ups * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Identify client staffing needs and recommend appropriate temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct-hire solutions * Present staffing services, pricing, and value propositions to clients * Collaborate with recruiters to ensure accurate job requirements and successful placements * Negotiate service agreements and close sales deals * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipelines * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals * Stay informed on labor market trends and industry demands Qualifications & Requirements * Previous sales experience required (staffing or B2B sales preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet goals * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Reliable transportation and willingness to visit client sites (if applicable) Preferred Skills * Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR services * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.15 - $29.08 per hour Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Company car * Mileage reimbursement * Travel reimbursement Experience: * Staffing Sales: 3 years (Required) Location: * Ontario, CA (Required) Work Location: In person
