True North is actively looking to bring on a new Sales Enrollment Associate to join our team. The Sales Enrollment Associate plays a crucial role in driving wireless knowledge, sales and delivering excellent customer service through customer engagement. As a Sales Enrollment Associate, you will represent our values and mission while helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. The Sales Enrollment Associate will be an AT&T expert. You will focus on maintaining high standards of customer and business satisfaction, meeting daily and weekly sales metrics, and educate potential customers on the benefits of our services. This Sales Enrollment Associate role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of energy. As a Sales Enrollment Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and master all AT&T services. Sales Enrollment Associate Responsibilities: * Service customers and businesses by providing them potential AT&T service recommendations * Increase sales through effective communication and negotiation skills * Discuss all products and plans for customers based on their interest and daily usage of resources * Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions for them * Be businesses main point of contact which means having reliable communication skills and prompted timely responses * Maintain detailed AT&T service knowledge to inform and guide customers through the difference packages offered with services and plans * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and support Sales Enrollment Associate Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Willing to learn about AT&T services * Proven ability to build customer loyalty and relationships * Confidence speaking to customers * Time management and detail oriented * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Ability to work independently and within a team setting as a professional Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
