You will need to be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide information about insurance products and services. * Assist customers with policy applications * Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. * * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups. * Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. * Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients. * Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
