Bilingual Sales Assistant (English / Spanish) Sales Support | W2 | Base + Commission + Bonus Gable Steel has rapidly grown into one of the largest companies in our marketplace, and we are looking to add a driven, bilingual Sales Assistant to help keep our sales engine running smoothly. What this role really is You are the connective tissue between customers, sales reps, and internal teams. You are not cold calling and you are not selling from scratch. You are supporting active opportunities, keeping conversations moving, handling follow-ups, and ensuring customers receive timely, clear communication. Your work directly impacts close rates, customer experience, and team success. Bilingual execution matters You must be fluent in English and Spanish and confident supporting customers in both languages. Many of our Spanish-speaking clients rely on clear communication and strong follow-through. You help ensure they feel supported at every step.
