We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking * Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to understand customer needs * Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities * Support senior sales representatives and account managers in closing deals * Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships * Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools * Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer: * hourly vs commission * On-the-job training and career development support * Opportunities for advancement within the company * A dynamic and collaborative work environment Join our team and take the first step in your sales career!
