Sales Esthetician - Le Unique Skin Lab (Full-Time) Southlake, TX Le Unique Skin Lab is seeking a high-performing Sales Esthetician with exceptional hands-on skincare skills and strong consultative sales abilities. This role is designed for someone who can deliver advanced treatments, educate clients confidently, and consistently convert consultations into tailored treatment plans and long-term client loyalty. ResponsibilitiesTreatment & Client Experience * Perform advanced skincare treatments, including RF microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, custom facials, and other corrective services. * Conduct thorough skin assessments and create personalized treatment plans for each client. * Educate clients on skin health, home-care routines, and post-treatment expectations. * Deliver high-quality service with a focus on comfort, safety, and results. Sales & Client Relationship Building * Recommend treatment packages, memberships, add-ons, and retail products with confidence and clarity. * Meet monthly sales targets for services, packages, and retail. * Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to help clients understand the value of ongoing care. * Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups, consistent communication, and excellent service. * Focus on client retention and loyalty to support business growth. Operational Support * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in accordance with all health and safety standards. * Document client records, progress notes, and treatment recommendations accurately. * Assist the front desk team with scheduling, client checkouts, and administrative tasks when needed. * Stay informed on new products, technologies, and evolving skincare trends. Requirements * Valid Esthetician License in the State of Texas. * Strong sales skills with the ability to meet set goals and drive revenue. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate and influence clients. * Thorough understanding of skin types, conditions, and corrective treatments. * Ability to confidently recommend tailored treatment plans and packages. * Professional appearance, reliability, and strong work ethic. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with RF microneedling treatments; InMode/Morpheus preferred. * Certifications in advanced skincare services such as microneedling, peels, dermaplaning, or microdermabrasion. * Proven track record in sales-focused spa or medspa environments. * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and treatment documentation.
