Position: Workforce Solutions Consultant / Outside Sales Location: Mooresville, NC Compensation: Base + Commission (uncapped earnings) Your Mission: Drive Growth. Build Partnerships. Deliver Results. Allegiance Staffing, a national leader in workforce solutions, is seeking an elite-level Workforce Solutions Consultant with a hunter mentality to join our high-performance team in Mooresville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new B2B partnerships and expanding our client base across industries such as Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, Hospitality, and Administrative Services. We're looking for a talented individual with a proven history of closing deals, exceeding targets, and building high-value relationships.
