Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify new business opportunities through networking, warm calling, and market research. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. * Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Provide leadership and support to junior sales staff as needed. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales. * Experience in business development, particularly in technology sales. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs. * Ability to lead initiatives and motivate team members towards achieving sales targets. * Familiarity with technical sales processes and marketing strategies is a plus.
