Connor & Gallagher OneSource (CGO) is one of Chicagoland's fastest-growing independent insurance brokerages, known for our collaborative culture, strong carrier relationships, and deep expertise across employee benefits, P&C, and HR services. We are expanding our Employee Benefits practice and seeking a Benefits Producer to drive new business growth and deliver high-impact consulting solutions to employers across the Midwest. This is a consultative sales role focused on new business development, relationship-building, and delivering tailored benefits solutions. As a Benefits Producer, you will collaborate closely with account managers, analysts, and leadership to provide clients with strategic guidance and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry outreach. * Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand funding structures, claims trends, and benefit goals. * Present benefits solutions across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, and HR support services. * Partner with internal teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and support stewardship meetings. * Build long-term advisory relationships with HR and executive leaders. * Track market trends, compliance requirements (ACA/ERISA), and carrier offerings. * Collaborate with colleagues across P&C and HR consulting to identify cross-selling opportunities.
