Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and engage them with enthusiasm about our health products and supplement offerings * Assist customers in selecting vitamins, supplements, and related wellness products based on their needs and preferences * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and proper usage of items * Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing * Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or health & wellness environments * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for accurate transactions * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus * Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team collaboration * Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, stocking, and phone etiquette * Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, stocking shelves, and setting up product displays * Passion for health, fitness, or nutrition is highly desirable Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where health meets happiness!
