The Account Manager is the main point of contact to Dynamic Brands Independent Sales Representatives to support their outreach and further develop business. This role will assist assigned sales reps as well as further develop business with key/house accounts. The Account Manager will also support incoming inquiries from reps, retailers, and consumers. Key Responsibilities: * Contact assigned sales representatives on a daily / weekly basis and offer support. Maintain a call-log report detailing these contacts. * Contact assigned key accounts on a weekly / monthly basis and offer support. Maintain a call-log report detailing these contacts. * Management of assigned territories to promote growth. * Provide dedicated support for key towel accounts. * Management of open orders/quotes report for assigned sales representatives. * Respond to sales-related inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. General Responsibilities Include: * Resolve incoming phone and email inquiries. * Enter sales orders/quotes into platform (NetSuite). * Upsell products and programs through consultative recommendations. * Proactively utilize creative solutions to grow sales. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Excellent understanding of the golf industry and our products. * Ability to work well in a small, team-oriented, call-center environment. * Ability to upsell and promote all company products. * Excellent communication skills with positive attitude. * Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Innovative, strategic problem solver focused on results. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years' experience in sales, client support, or customer service. Physical Requirements: * Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. * Light to moderate lifting may be required.
