R&R Roofing is a Hampstead, NC based company whose ownership has 20+ years in the roofing industry. We are looking to expand our team with like-minded individuals. Commission based pay! Full-time or part-time so the sky is the limit on what you can earn! What We're Looking For * Proven experience in roofing sales (retail, insurance, or both) * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Comfortable climbing roofs and performing inspections * Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and common damage types * Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline * High personal accountability and integrity * Develop referrals and generate positive reviews * Duties can be added or subtracted according to your strengths We're not a pressure-sales company.
