R&R Roofing is a Hampstead, NC based company whose ownership has 20+ years in the roofing industry. We are looking to expand our team with like-minded individuals. Commission based pay! Full-time or part-time so the sky is the limit on what you can earn! What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in roofing sales (retail, insurance, or both)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable climbing roofs and performing inspections
• Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and common damage types
• Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
• High personal accountability and integrity
• Develop referrals and generate positive reviews

Compensation
