For methodology, please see [please apply online] Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner * Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner * Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions * Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program * Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals Qualifications: * Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful * Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional * Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus * Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field * Some sales experience needed About Company New York Life is a Fortune 100 company with a long history of doing good.
