Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective training programs. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and drive sales strategies to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals. * Stores have only 1-3 people onsite at a time so the Manager needs to be active in all facets of the store including doing car battery installations, cell phone repair, watch battery replacement, key fob programming * Lead and motive the device repair department and achieve individual and store wide goals and customer satisfaction * Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in selling techniques and product knowledge. * Do device repair, auto battery installs, watch battery replacements, Key fob programming and key cutting. * Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, installations, device repair, merchandising, and customer service standards. * Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a high-performing team. * Manage recycling and returns process. * Ability to pickup industrial batteries which a few can exceed 50lbs. * Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours. * Maintain a strong understanding of wireless sales products and services to assist customers effectively. * Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive within the market while maximizing profitability. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and develop team members. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. * Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations. * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
