Broker Associate Opportunity We are looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to learn to grow within commercial real estate inside a structured, performance-focused environment. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to learn commercial investment sales, develop strong fundamentals, and build consistency using proven systems, tools, and mentorship. Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage * Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents * Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform * Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team * Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale * Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success * Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies * Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales * Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency * Contribute to both team and individual sales goals * Maintain and grow a high-quality client database * Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth * Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement Qualifications: * Applicants need a managing broker's license * Superb customer service and communication skills * Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team * Real estate license required About Company M and M Commercial Real Estate leads the industry, closing 4.5 transactions every business hour, more than any other real estate investment firm.
