As a part of our sales team, you will * Work with the homeowner to educate them on our products, capabilities and how we can help turn their vision in to reality * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily You have: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction * Insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is preferred; extensive training is provided * Prior customer service experience is required * Valid Driver's License and not be afraid of heights We have found there are industries that transfer well so if you are looking to graduate from car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, pest control, real estate, property management, or other related industries, we are interested.
