Digital Sales Executive Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance incentives About the Role We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Executive to drive new business through consultative selling and highvolume prospecting. This role is ideal for someone energized by outbound sales, clear performance metrics, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially. Ideal Candidate * An effective communicator who is confident engaging with business decisionmakers * Comfortable managing a full, endtoend sales cycle * Goaldriven, competitive, and highly motivated by results * Confident executing highvolume outreach and relationship building * Curious, coachable, and eager to develop digital marketing expertise * Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills * Possesses sound business judgment and problemsolving ability * Thrives in a structured, KPIfocused sales environment Key Responsibilities * Own the complete sales process from prospecting through close * Identify and develop outbound opportunities across multiple industries nationwide * Execute highactivity outreach, including: * 50-75 outbound calls per day * Daily email and LinkedIn prospecting * Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and goals * Create tailored digital advertising strategies for each client * Close new business and partner with account teams to ensure seamless client onboarding * Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM Collaboration & Development * Work closely with account teams to ensure longterm client success * Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by marketing efforts * Stay informed on digital marketing trends, evolving technology, and new offerings Performance Metrics * 50-75 outbound dials daily * Maintain three times pipeline coverage * Weekly KPI alignment including activity, meetings, and proposals * Deliver 10 or more qualified proposals per month Prior digital marketing experience is*not required*.
