Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across multiple channels. This energetic leader will oversee all aspects of the sales operation, develop strategic plans to expand our customer base, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-end sales, B2B (business-to-business) transactions, and dealership or retail sales environments. Multilingual abilities and excellent communication skills will be highly valued to connect with diverse clients and markets. As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will motivate your team, optimize sales pipelines, and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve ambitious targets. Duties * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and performance management * Develop comprehensive sales strategies targeting high-end clients and B2B markets to maximize revenue opportunities * Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals and upselling additional products or services * Cultivate strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, negotiation, and public speaking skills * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities, analyze data, and refine sales tactics * Manage inventory control, retail math calculations, and dealership or retail inventory levels to support sales objectives * Conduct outbound sales campaigns via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business leads * Support marketing initiatives by providing insights on customer preferences and market trends * Maintain organized records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions for reporting purposes Requirements * Proven experience in sales management within dealership or retail environments with a focus on high-end or automobile sales * Strong background in outside sales, B2B transactions, negotiation, and upselling techniques * Multilingual or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Proficiency in CRM software tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions * Demonstrated success in building a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and outbound efforts * Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer engagement * Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, automotive inventory control, and marketing strategies * Ability to analyze data using retail math principles for pricing strategies and profit maximization Join our team as a General Sales Manager where your leadership will inspire growth!
