Overview

We are a growing truck repair shop seeking an Outside Sales Representative to bring in fleet and commercial customers. This role focuses on building relationships with fleet managers, owner-operators, and logistics companies through in-person sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit trucking companies, fleet yards, and terminals
• Sell truck diesel repair services, including PMs, DOT/BIT inspections, diagnostics, and mobile repairs
• Develop and maintain long-term fleet accounts
• Follow up on leads and generate recurring business
• Meet monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Outside or B2B sales experience preferred
• Diesel, trucking, or fleet industry experience a plus
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Valid driver's license and transportation What We Offer
