Duties & Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer text messages * Assist customers in finding prices and availability of car parts * Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone * Process payments via cash and credit card * Communicate with part pullers about which parts need to be removed * Schedule and coordinate part deliveries * Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and earn weekly bonuses Compensation: * $14.00 per hour * 30 hours/week guaranteed (Part-time) * Overtime opportunities available * Weekly performance bonuses ranging from $25 to $500+ (Bonuses are earned individually, but teamwork is key!) Requirements: * Must be fluent in both Spanish and English * Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality * Excellent interpersonal skills - a smile, patience, and a positive attitude are essential * Strong multitasking and phone-handling abilities * Basic to intermediate computer skills * Team player with a collaborative mindset Schedule: Morning Part-Time Shift: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Interested?
