Medical Aesthetician | Clinic Sales Manager Lead with Precision, Drive Results * About Us At American Laser Med Spa, we provide "Confidence & Convenience" through the empowerment of transformation with precision and excellence! We have been a leader in the medical aesthetics industry for 18 years, with 5 locations in Texas where we offer results-driven, medical-grade aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Mesopen, and Ultrasonic Facials. We're scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. If you are a competitive, results-oriented individual that would like the opportunity to take ownership and have a key role in a company's expansion- this is your chance! * Key*Responsibilities * Achieve minimum of $40k/month sales through strategic consultations and upselling. * Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision. * Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction. * Train and manage 1-2 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence. * Support marketing to boost leads and visibility. What We Offer * $18/hour base + commission, with top earners exceeding $80k/year. * Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (Tuesday-Friday with alternating Mondays & Saturdays) * Benefits: 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, performance-based incentives, and deep employee discounts on all services after 90 days of employment. * Free medical aesthetic training and ongoing support in a results-driven culture. Who SHOULD Apply? * Proven Closer: 2+ years in High Sales position, exceeding $30k/month sales. * Skilled Aesthetician: Expert in Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting. * Structured Leader: Thrives in protocol-driven, high-accountability settings. * Self-Starter: Aligns with leadership, committed to integrity.
