About the Role

As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Green Spirit Wellness. You'll guide customers through our carefully curated selection of CBD/THC products, help them find the right options for their needs, and ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process transactions
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with care and accuracy
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Learn and share knowledge about our CBD/THC products and their benefits
• Engage with customers and boost their sales experience
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist with customer questions or orders.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required--willing to train the right person
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including phone etiquette
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling
• Comfort learning about and discussing CBD/THC and wellness products
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
