Responsibilities: * Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences. * Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement. * Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. * Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals. * Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. * Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: * HVAC experience is not required but is a plus. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience * Excellent Communicator * B2C sales experience or aptitude * In-home sales * Must be able to read and write in English. * Strong decision-making abilities * Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems Physical Demands: * Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the * May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. * May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. * May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing Pay Transparency: The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average *$100k -$175k. *Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
