What You'll Do: * Prospect and develop new business in manufacturing sectors such as OEMs, steel, food, and automation. * Meet with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and decision-makers to uncover needs. * Sell repair, integration, and automation services that keep plants running efficiently. * Promote our hands-on Control Panel Troubleshooting Training for maintenance teams as a unique value-add. * Build a strong book of recurring business by providing consistent value. * Plan all visits and outreach in advance and keep your CRM updated. * Track key performance metrics and take ownership of your territory.
