Job Title: Territory Assistant (Entry-Level Sales Support) Company: Precision Concrete Cutting Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Locations & Pay: * Sacramento, CA: $23-$25 per hour Job Summary Precision Concrete Cutting (PCC) is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Sales team as a Territory Assistant (TA). This is an entry-level, in-office position designed for individuals who are driven, organized, and eager to grow into a future Territory Manager (TM) role. The Territory Assistant plays a key role in supporting sales and business development efforts by responding to inbound customer inquiries, assisting with lead generation, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining accurate CRM data. This position partners closely with a Territory Manager and internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities * Process inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner * Assist with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up for new and existing accounts * Support the Business Development and Sales teams with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials * Maintain accurate records in PipeDrive CRM , including leads, contacts, and activity tracking * Develop and maintain a working knowledge of PCC services and service areas * Coordinate scheduling between customers, sales, and production teams * Contact new and repeat customers to schedule appointments * Assist with trade shows, outreach campaigns, and other marketing efforts * Support invoicing coordination and follow-up as needed * Perform phone-based and email marketing activities * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Production, and Administrative teams Required Skills & Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Some college coursework preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Comfortable using CRM systems and technology-based tools * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Self-starter with a positive, "can-do" attitude * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Why Work at PCC Precision Concrete Cutting is the industry leader in sidewalk safety and trip hazard repair.
