Full description of the position
Woodland Motors and Woodland Ford are seeking a driven and guest-focused Fleet Manager to grow and manage our fleet and commercial vehicle sales. This role is focused on actively selling, managing guest accounts, and coordinating vehicle orders across both of our dealerships. You'll work directly with business clients, commercial clients, and government agencies to deliver customized fleet solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Actively prospect and close new fleet sales with commercial clients, local businesses, municipalities, and organizations. * Manage the full fleet sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, including quoting, ordering, upfitting coordination, and financing. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet guests through consistent follow-up and exceptional service. * Leverage Ford and GM commercial programs, rebates, and incentives to create competitive fleet proposals. * Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, finance) to ensure smooth transactions and a high-quality customer experience. * Track inventory and forecast guest needs based on market trends and client requirements. * Maintain detailed CRM records and stay organized with multiple client accounts and deals in motion. * Represent Woodland Motors and Woodland Ford at local events, and fleet-focused community functions. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in automotive fleet/commercial sales or relevant B2B sales role. * Strong communication, sales, and customer relationship skills. * Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software. * Must hold a valid California Vehicle Sales License. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred: * Familiarity with Ford and GM fleet/commercial vehicle programs. * Understanding of commercial financing, leasing, and upfitting processes. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
