Full description of the position

Corporate Account Manager Location: Reside in South Carolina/North Carolina Schedule: Remote: 50% travel to customers in the Eastern US Summary: Drive sales growth within strategic accounts by managing commercial efforts and supporting peers as a growth coach. Build strong customer relationships across technical, plant, supply chain, and executive functions. Identify manufacturing challenges related to additive use and partner with the technical team to deliver effective solutions. What you get to do: * Manage and grow sales within assigned accounts; provide accurate forecasts and meet or exceed targets. * Deliver year-over-year gross profit growth through expansion of existing products, introduction of new products, and development of new customers. * Promote new product vitality by translating customer manufacturing needs into opportunities for new company solutions. * Maintain consistent and effective customer communication; ensure strong interface across all key contacts. * Monitor market trends, support new product commercialization, and collaborate with peers to expand developing markets. * Gather and analyze customer and end-user insights to support strategic planning. * Manage resources such as expenses and technical service support to ensure strong ROI. * Serve as a trusted technical sales professional; address customer issues with practical, experience-based solutions. What you need to succeed: * BS in Chemistry or Engineering (or 10+ years relevant B2B technical sales experience). * Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all customer levels. * Solid understanding of manufacturing and additive technologies in plastics, polymers, adhesives, coatings, packaging, and related industries. * Ability to mentor and coach sales peers to drive growth in emerging markets.
