Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable * Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written * Possess a great work ethic, drive to succeed and a competitive spirit * Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task * Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation * Must be able to pass a background check * Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license Responsibilities * Meet new business production goals and objectives. * Maintain knowledge of new products. * Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. * Build rapport and identify customer needs. * Generate insurance quotes. * Presents and explains insurance policy options.
