We are a fast growing and award winning Allstate agency with an immediate opening for a sales producer! We are seeking an energetic and competitive sales person with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. If you have a knack for sales and a drive to succeed, the Broussard Agency wantsYOU. No sales experience necessary, we'll invest in your success! Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
• Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Possess a great work ethic, drive to succeed and a competitive spirit
• Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options.
