Job Description: We are seeking a full-time polished, knowledgeable, and relationship-driven Sales Consultant to join our newest Chicago showroom team. This role will blend artistry with business guiding our clients through a high-touch sales experience while representing premier brands. This position is perfect for someone with high-end sales experience, has an understanding of fine instruments with piano playing experience that thrives in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome clients and provide personalized concierge-level service * Guide clients through selection, customization, and purchase decisions while communicating tonal and technical distinctions between brands * Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through follow-up, referrals, and engagement * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals with professionalism and integrity * Support showroom events, recitals, artist engagements and partnership activities * Maintain showroom display standards that upholds our luxury retail environment Who You Are: * You're polished, engaging with an ability to naturally connect with clients * Have the ability to play piano at an intermediate or higher level * Have sales experience in luxury goods, musical instruments, or high-touch client services * You're experienced working with affluent clientele, institutions, or arts organizations * Have a professional presence, reliable and strong follow-through * Have exceptional communication skills (multilingual candidates strongly encouraged) * Have a background in music education, performance, or piano study Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
