Legacy Forward Solutions - Full-Time | Weekly Pay | W2 Employment Location: Salt Lake City, UT Legacy Forward Solutions is actively hiring for a Customer Service & Sales Associate position to represent our clients in a face-to-face B2B environment. This is a full-time, W2 role offering 100% uncapped commissions after a paid training period. Position Summary: This is an in-person role working an assigned territory. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, educating b2b clients on products and services, and guiding them through the sign-up or purchase process. You'll also attend regular in-office product and sales trainings to stay updated on client expectations and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: * Interact face-to-face with b2b potential customers to promote products and services * Educate and inform customers on features, benefits, and current promotions * Accurately complete customer enrollments and provide follow-up when needed * Attend daily sales meetings and team development workshops * Ensure compliance with all client and company standards * Maintain a professional and polished appearance in-store * Contribute to team sales goals and individual performance metrics What You Bring to the Team: * Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week * Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with the public * Reliable transportation is required for daily local travel to store locations Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly paid training period to ensure your success * After training: 100% commission structure * Full-time W2 employment (not a 1099 or contract role) * No late shifts - last shift ends by 8:30 PM * No overnight or major holiday scheduling * Career advancement opportunities based on performance * Supportive and collaborative team environment Apply today to join Legacy Forward Solutions and take the next step in a rewarding career focused on customer experience, personal development, and sales success.
