The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive sales processes and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. As a Car Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. Duties * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their automotive needs through effective questioning. * Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. * Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. * Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks. * Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in software applications related to automotive sales and inventory management. * Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. * Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with retail math concepts relevant to vehicle pricing and financing options.
