Qualifications: * Requires 2 years of automotive sales. * Excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. * Must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis. * Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision. * handling online and phone inquiries to sell vehicles by communicating with customers, providing product information, generating leads, and managing online sales processes. * Be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals. * Excel in creating positive online-to-showroom experience for every guest. Responsibilities: * Answering Sales leads by phone, text message, and email * Setting Appointments to Show and Sell new or pre-owned vehicles. * Familiarizing Customers' with the Features and Controls on their New Vehicle * Negotiate Sales: Work with customers to negotiate the sales price, financing, and other details of the transaction. * Following up with Sold and Unsold leads * Create a great customer experience to maintain a customer database to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Have in-depth knowledge of our Honda line up, current incentives, and financing options. * Maintain professional and outgoing attitude.
