Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and opportunities. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics. * Stay updated on industry trends, Roofing advancements, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. Requirements * Proven experience with in-home sales in the roofing industry is highly desirable. * Strong skills in account management, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques. * Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management. * Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
