*VP of Sales Enablement / GTM - Strategic Initiatives - Alpharetta, GA - (Relocation Assistance Available) Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Sales Enablement leader with one of our premier clients in Alpharetta, GA. You will design and drive strategic programs that transform how our go-to-market teams learn, perform, and deliver value. As VP of Enablement, you will lead cross- functional initiatives that elevate Sales, Account Development, and Services, with a particular focus on scaling enablement for the rollout and adoption of our AI-powered cloud platform. You'll serve as the critical link between Product launches and Sales execution, ensuring our teams have the training, content, and in-the-moment guidance they need to effectively position and sell our expanding product portfolio. This role is highly strategic, blending leadership, innovation, and analytics to create scalable frameworks that modernize enablement and drive measurable business outcomes. The position reports into a senior Enablement leader and is designed for someone ready to operate at an executive level -- with the expertise, vision, and leadership capacity to expand responsibilities over time. Responsibilities: * Lead strategic enablement initiatives that advance sales transformation, real-time learning, and GTM alignment. * Design and scale enablement programs supporting our AI powered cloud platform, driving adoption across Sales, ADRs, and Services. * Translate product messaging into actionable field tools, training, and execution strategies by partnering closely with Product Marketing. * Champion enablement innovation, including AI-driven learning solutions and real-time coaching. * Develop a performance measurement framework to track enablement effectiveness and business impact. * Build and expand onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs aligned to role competencies and revenue goals. * Partner across Sales, Services, RevOps, and Marketing to deliver timely, high-impact programs that support company strategy. * Stay ahead of industry best practices, leveraging emerging technology to enhance learning and engagement. Requirements: * 10+ years of Enablement experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, with exposure to GTM strategy, sales operations, or related functions. * Proven track record leading sales transformation initiatives, platform rollouts, and product launch enablement. * Passionate about innovation, with experience deploying AI-powered enablement tools or advanced learning technologies. * Strong understanding of Product Marketing's role in GTM success and how to operationalize strategy for the field. * Data-driven, with experience building performance analytics systems that demonstrate enablement ROI. * Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with shifting priorities. * History of creating programs that deliver measurable impact on productivity, pipeline conversion, and customer outcomes.
