Overview

: As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of SunMed at events, assisting at one of our booth locations. This role is ideal for someone with a highly positive attitude, dynamic energy, and a sales- driven mindset. We need someone who can draw in the crowd, engage potential customers, and drive sales at our booth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere at our booths.
• Educate customers about the benefits and uses of our CBD products, providing insightful recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products to fit their needs and preferences, with a focus on increasing average ticket value.
• Drive foot traffic to our booth, actively promoting our products to the busy crowd.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked booth environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge, ensuring you can answer any customer questions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including quotas and average ticket value.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic work environment.
• Follow detailed instructions and execute them with accuracy in a fast-paced and dynamic event setting.
• Maintain a neat and organized appearance, adhering to company dress code guidelines.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in retail sales, with a strong ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• High proficiency in customer service, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• A highly positive attitude, dynamic energy, and a strong sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to engage with a diverse crowd and attract people to our booth.
• Experience in the CBD or cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently at our booth efficiently.
• Flexibility to work any days at events as they are scheduled.
